  Ordered a cheaper car but was given a top end Mercedes for a few quid more. Fantastic staff, very professional. Very quick pick up and drop off of the car. You can also hire a car on debit card and they only hold 200 on your card.

  Fabulous service from I think it was Shuck? Upgraded vehicle. Spotlessly clean. I was very happy with my experience and I will definitely use Alamo again 😊

  I arrived on Friday 16th January 2026 to collect my car around 20 minutes after closing time, fully expecting that the office would be shut. The staff member on duty was just finishing up, but he welcomed me in without hesitation and completed all the paperwork efficiently and with a great attitude. He even upgraded me to a better vehicle, and there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell on additional insurance. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated this level of service, it saved me a significant amount of hassle and meant I didn’t have to return the following morning. I’m genuinely annoyed with myself for not getting his name, as he is a real credit to the company and a perfect example of outstanding customer service.
